Request nominations for Humanitarian Award.

The rationale is to honor individuals who, through their humanitarian activities, have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the philosophical principles of occupational therapy and to the mission and goals of CFOT.
The award is in recognition of consistent, significant humanitarian activities, which may include:

• Helping to enhance and maximize the potential of the recipients of occupational therapy services,
• Encouraging and fostering individual responsibility and human dignity,
• Improving health status and enhancing quality of life
• Providing a model for community service
• Dedication to the vision of creating a healthy society.
